Lessons are necessary to be a competitive softball pitcher, but lessons alone are not enough. Lessons alone will not
make you succeed no matter how many you take. What will, in fact, make you a successful pitcher is practice.
Just like the piano or violin, practice works! Practice always shows in your subsequent lesson, as does the lack
thereof.
